Pilot Career Pathway
Embark on your aviation journey with our Pilot Career Pathway! Start your training at one of Australia’s most respected flying schools, where you’ll develop the essential skills to become a proficient commercial pilot.
Selection begins with aptitude testing & an interview conducted by the final employer, not the school. Suitable candidates receive a conditional offer of employment & then complete full-time CPL training with Flight Standards, including a Night VFR Rating, command hour building and finishing training on the Cessna 210.
Candidates then build command experience in a paid, full-time line pilot role with one of our partner operators in the Northern Territory, before returning to complete a Multi-Engine Class Rating, Instrument Rating and Beechcraft 1900 type rating.
Every role within the pathway is paid, full-time employment at full rates of pay. No trainee wages, no unpaid work experience.
2027 intake: Interviews early December 2026. Commencement early January 2027. Register your interest by 30 November 2026.
