How often should I fly if I’m training part-time?
At least once a fortnight, if you can.
Flight training is about reaching a competent standard in each skill, which takes repetition & study. The longer the gap between lessons, the more likely you’ll forget things & need to repeat them, adding time & cost.
We know not everyone can spend all day at the airport. To make the most of your time, always leave with the theory lesson for your next flight already done. After your flight, grab a cuppa, take a quick break & jump back into the classroom. You’ll have the fortnight to let it sink in & arrive at your next lesson well prepared.
Stick to this routine & you’ll see steady progress throughout your training.
