Kakadu Air helicopter pilots Marcho & Nick Graydon had a bit of a field trip this week, attending the Australian Helicopter Industry Association seminar at VRD.
It was a privilege to fly with one of the greats of helicopter – @claudevuichard has developed innovative helicopter handling & upset recovery techniques that challenge traditional teaching & by their effectiveness, have saved countless lives.
In particular, his recovery technique from Vortex Ring State (VRS) is now widely taught around the world. Thanks for the tips, Claude – I hope you enjoyed your Australian visit.
