Marcho Receives the 2024 Col Pay Award at the Avalon Airshow
01 Apr, 2025
Last Friday, at the Avalon Airshow, Marcho was presented with the Col Pay Award for 2024. This award recognises Cameron’s dedication to serving the GA industry for over 30 years & the citation to the award acknowledges his commitment to mentoring pilots in the early stages of their careers & providing many of them with their initial employment opportunities. As Cameron noted in his acceptance, this award is less about him & more about the team he is surrounded by – that it is a validation the collective efforts of all at Flight Standards are having a positive effect & for many, make a difference.
Well done team!
