Remote area mail runs under the RASS programme are an integral part of life in many parts of regional Australia – that postage stamp gets great buying power when a C310 carries one letter 100nm to a cattle station! NTAS are the “flying mailmen” (and women!) of Central Australia, covering thousands of miles per week to keep remote communities & cattle stations connected. This week, former Skytrans pilot Josh Drake completed his C310 training on one such 10 sector day… makes a big change from the tropics of Horn Island & the C208. Enjoy the new role, Josh!
